About the project
Fractal AI Tools is a collection of tools and knowledge for working with Fractal Audio hardware through AI clients. The underlying Fractal AI Toolkit combines a read-only command-line interface, preset snapshots, offline planners and reusable skills without depending on a particular AI provider.
Live MIDI currently uses Windows. Offline tools use .NET 10 and Python 3.10 or later. Physical read-only validation covers FM9 firmware 12.00; FM3 and Axe-Fx III have simulated checks, with physical testing still pending.
Experimental write operations have separate, limited test records. The ordinary command-line interface stays read-only, and offline plans do not apply changes to your device.
MCP support and optional provider or plugin packaging are planned. Public source, documentation and downloads will be linked here when available.
